This distinctive boutique opened at Southlands in the summer of 2010. My Best Friend’s Closet is a unique way of buying and selling gently used name brand clothing and accessories at fractions of their original prices. The boutique caters to fashionable teens and has been a great addition to Southlands. My Best Friend’s Closet hosts private shopping parties as an additional amenity to their customers. The store has become a favorite for Southlands shoppers and has recently expanded to open their second location.

Inline space- also known as store space.  The square footage of such space can range in size from small to large.  Since inline space is something that the owner of a shopping center wants to have leased on a permanent basis, the availability can be varied.  Your Agreement term can run month to month or on a specified short term basis.
