The Pond
Enjoy winter ice skating with friends and family on The Pond daily! The Pond at Southlands is the center’s holiday destination featuring a natural ice rink. Open November 12- February 24.
Pricing:
• Admission: $8.50 (Ages 4+) or $3.50 (Ages 3 & under)

Painting with Santa at The Paint Cellar
Come paint our adorable reindeer friend on canvas!
Cost: $38 per painter, paid in advance through the ticket link below.
Where: The Paint Cellar Studio
Our artists will take you through the creation of this painting, step by step. No painting experience required, just be ready to have some fun. The Pond
The outdoor ice skating rink at Southlands is THE coolest place to work this holiday season! Ice Rink Events is looking to fill several SEASONAL positions. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction.
All positions require willingness to help in all areas of daily operation. All positions require availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time and full-time SEASONAL positions available. Skating is not mandatory in all positions!

Cashier / Skate Counter
Ice skating skills not required.
Duties include:
• Completing credit card transactions or collecting cash & making accurate change
• Answer questions from guests and resolve any concerns
• Assist with handing out and collecting rental skates
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
Skate Monitor
Ability to ice skate is required for this position.
Duties include:
• Ensuring the safety of guests on the ice
• Monitor facility usage, open and closing responsibilities, and minor ice maintenance
• Assist with special events
• Politely assert yourself when necessary to maintain a safe environment
Ice Technician
Must be mechanically inclined and a team player.
Duties include:
• Operate an ice resurfacing machine
• Care and maintenance of the ice surface
• Assist in all other areas of operation, as assigned
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
