Trailhead Spice Company

Trailhead Spice Company began with a pair of friends and a vision for a Colorado-based spice shop. Founders Chris Grattino and Chris VanDerBerg are longtime friends whose story goes back to their Boy Scout days in Arizona, where they both reached the rank of Eagle Scout.

Though their roots aren’t in Colorado, the founders both were drawn to the allure of the Colorado landscape and embraced being a part of Colorado culture.

At Trailhead, we believe the most impactful dishes aren’t the ones made fancy restaurants, but rather the dishes made with love and elevated by fresh spices. The families around our tables are what drives us each day, because good food is for bringing people together.
